This desk is a good purchase for the price. Being a student, I didn't have a ton of money to spend. But, I am pleased with this product. It is relatively sturdy, easy to assemble and looks good. The dimensions are also perfect; Not too big and not too small. However, if you are around 6' feet tall, you may want to consider a different desk because the leg room is severely hindered by the built in book shelf. When assembling, you should take your time and ensure that everything is in the proper place, especially when attaching the piece on the back side that holds the desk together because this piece is the most important part of the assembly. If you fail to attach this piece properly, the desk will be flimsy. When I was assembling the desk, I broke a screw off in the threading of one of the drawer handles. [...]The only other slight problem I had with this desk was with the cabinet. The door itself did not line perfectly. But this is not really noticeable to the naked eye and the door still functions properly.All in all this desk is very functional, pretty sturdy, and has good design. The dimensions are perfect and overall assembly is not difficult. I put the desk together by myself, but having someone else around to assist on occasion would be a plus. Just remember to take your time.

I purchased 2 of these for my teenage sons' bedrooms! They fit well, look good and are quite versatile. Though I didn't rate the construction of the desk, it lies somewhere between sturdy and flimsy. It is strong, but could be stronger if the back panel (which ties it all together) was made of a better material. My one son uses the bottom ledge as a foot rest and has consequently "pushed" part of the back panel off. As I said, it could stand to be made of a stronger material, but it could also use a few more screws or such to "anchor" it better. I am overall very pleased with these fine looking desks.

The desk is good, was shaking when set up so I bought corner staples to hold desk sturdy. I like the design, its just as how it looks online.
The price is also reasonable and the product looks fancy in any room. I love it. Draws are free and the under storage area is good. My teenagers stores her larger books underneath the desk. good size.
